“I have used State Line Propane for over 10 years and have never had an issue with ordering, delivery or payment. The office employees and delivery employees have been courteous and professional. Orders and payment can also be placed through their website. They usually arrive within a day or two from when I call it in. Even when weather conditions were terrible the propane delivery always arrive when they say it will.“

“A week ago our water started to turn off and then come back. Called Shaffer Beacon and it turned out my 40 year old well pump was shutting down on overload. They scheduled to replace the pump the following week and Randy and his crew did an amazing job. Pulling a 40 year old pump that's 185 feet down isn't an easy job. They replaced the pump, the piping, the wiring and the pump cap, so everything is brand new. They also suggested, and I agreed, to replace the 40 year old pressure tank rather do it later on a separate service call. Unfortunately for Shaffer, Randy is retiring next month, which will be a great loss, but I'm sure his assistants will fill his shoes. Next will be the 40 year old boiler and 40 year old oil tank“

“My heater stopped working, and Joel came by the same day. Honestly, it's a pretty old heater, so if he'd told me to get a new one I wouldn't have thought twice about it. First he did some trouble shooting over the phone and determined he needed to make a house call. He ultimately discovered a hole in a rubber hose (looked like the work of a mouse?!). I am so impressed with his detective work (it was not easy to find), and he saved me a ton of money--Thanks again, Joel!“

“We just had our main bathroom completely renovated by Avon Plumbing and we could not be happier with the result. They did the entire job for us, starting with the design and selection of fixtures all the way through demolition to the studs and rebuilding from the floor up. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and very competent, not only the people from Avon plumbing, but all the contractors that they used for the various stages of the project. Just as important, they showed respect for us and for our property by being careful not to damage anything during all the demolition and construction. We wanted to give a special shoutout to Sheree for the design help, Stacy for keeping things on schedule, and to James for seeing that everything was done to our satisfaction. 6/29/2024 - I wanted to add that we were very pleased with the help that Avon Plumbing gave us with the plumbing issue that we had last week. It was not a big job, but we had to coordinate with the water company to turn the water off before the plumber could help us. Camma did a great job of scheduling things so that we were not without water for very long. Thank you again!“
