Thank you so much to the service person (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name) that came out to get my boiler running again and hot water flowing again. We just bought this house about 7 months ago and really had no idea what to expect with the older boiler. I’m so happy I bought the service contract because it really saved me a ton of money. My experiences with customer service have been outstanding and the technician that came out today answered all of my questions (and I had quite a few). Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
I had central air-conditioning that failed. From the time I phoned in the morning with the issue to having a technician here to diagnose and fix the problem it was only a matter of hours!! The staff on the phone as well as the technician that arrived were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and totally resolved my problem!
