“I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. This pilates studio is connected to Durant Physical Therapy and Francesca Durant owns/runs both. She is like a women’s health warrior. Because the two are connected, the pilates studio gets a lot of patients who are in PT, so the instructors are very good at modifying and working with injuries. I have been going to the prenatal/postpartum class since the beginning of my pregnancy, and I believe that this combined with the pelvic floor PT I was receiving helped me to have a great birth with minimal tearing and an easy recovery. Sophie runs that prenatal class and she is amazing - I can even bring in my baby and she will help to keep him calm during class! I highly recommend this place - it is local and you can tell they really care about their clients.“
“I've been attending mat and reformer Pilates classes at Fuller Yoga for about a year, and am very glad to have found this studio! The owner, Lauren, and all the other instructors take the time to make sure each student develops an understanding of the practice and how to work within their own limitations. In addition to building strength and improving my posture, I'm learning about proper body mechanics and alignment. As a result, much of the joint pain I've experienced for years is gone. And, when it does flare up, I'm often able to relieve it with some of the exercises I've learned in class. I can honestly say Pilates at Fuller has changed my life for the better.“
