“We have another local contractor in town doing a bathroom upgrade and they keep dropping the ball left and right. After the ridiculous tub and tub surround install they did, nothing lined up. I called Mylo in distress, and they came out that Friday night on their way home to review the other contractors work. My fears were confirmed, the tub was not level, the surround was in the same poor craftsmanship.

Thank goodness for Mylo I was able to halt this disaster before it got to far. These are great people here at Mylo, they care.“

“I cant say enough good about sheehy plumbing....I had a serious problem with my toilet where the bolts were snapped off that hold the toilet to the floor and the whole toilet moved....called and within hours Larry was out after he did a service call he was on ....he did the job in less then an hour... the big thing I can say about Sheehy plumbing that puts them ON TOP of the rest of ALL the plumbers in CT ....IS....they answer their phone when you call and you don't get an answering machine or just a no call.....and they return calls....when you call after hours..and have to use an answering machine...they even have an emergency number and Mike the owner picks up right away....I've called other plumbers and NONE answered me back...even when I called the plumber that originally put my toilet in.....he said he was to busy....nice huh...won't be doing business with that MIDDLEFIELD plumber again OH...and the price was very reasonable....no complaints....Larry is the service guy...ask for him....hes been in the business for years and knowledgeable ......Mike is the owner and very respectable guy.....Thank you Sheehy Plumbing“

“My elderly mother in laws furnace went out in the cold weather , after two companies came and said must be replaced . John came and would not leave until she had heat . He told me the system needed to be replaced but it will hold for a little while . I asked him to quote job . He came in 5 thousand lower then one company and 2 thousand lower then another . Today he showed up at 7 am like he said he would and by noon he and Slade had removed and reinstalled a completely new system . So happy and thankful .“

“For timeliness, these guys were second to none. I called, and they happened to have an opening the very next day. My wife works from home and I was away that day. She felt secure with Andrew and Alex. Their professional and friendly demeanors enabled her to feel safe home alone; and undisturbed for the most part while she worked her job, and they worked theirs. We had sensitivities to stuff coming out of the ducts prior to NAQS's arrival. After their cleaning and sanitizing of the ducts and vents, the atmosphere was markedly improved. The air is significantly cleaner, fresher.I would give them 5 stars, but they had promised pictures, which we haven't ever received. “We were looking into replacing our 32-year old central air system with a heat pump system -- looking specifically to take advantage of the Energize CT rebate program and the federal tax rebates currently being offered.

We found Mull Bros. on the list of Energize CT qualified installers and recognized the name through family and friends. When we reached out, Tom chatted with us over the phone about the specifics of our system and then he came over the following week for an evaluation to see what we would need to have done for the heat pump system to replace our current AC and blend with our current natural gas heating. Tom was upfront and honest about what would be best for our needs and all it would involve -- new returns for each of the bedrooms and another for the main living/kitchen/dining area (all one vaulted ceiling). Tom even included a specific Bosch system they usually don't work with because we had mentioned it as we had heard good things from a colleague who had the same system installed last fall. The quote was very competitive and we felt very comfortable with the professional and personable interactions we had during the evaluation process.

Once everything got started, the whole process only took a few days, which is better than I expected because after 12 years in our home, we kept finding that almost everything the previous owners had installed was not done up to code and whoever did the previous installs must have cut every corner imaginable which always led to issues for us updating things...case in point: the old outdoor unit and indoor unit were both on the same breaker instead of two separate ones. After a bit of electrical work to get a separate line and breaker to the outside unit, the AC was up and running...the next day everything was working down to the existing natural gas boiler and the heat pump heat.

The install team was great; Tom & Marybeth took care of the new returns while JR, Carlos, & Kevin worked removing the old system and setting up the new units. Along the way, they all were very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had during the process. We are very happy with the results and cannot wait to see how much this newer system helps with our energy costs in the long run.“
