“Outstanding service. We moved to a new home and had a very old Boiler and Michael helped to install new Boiler and Heater. He is very professional, through and fixed the Heater and Boiler quickly. He also helped to install gas stove in Kitchen. “I called Degree H&C for a weekend emergency. The initial gentleman I talked to on the phone was very professional and organized in his triage of my issue. I then received an immediate follow-up call within 15 mins from a local technician who was at my house within an hour. He worked tirelessly on my boiler with a very obvious desire to identify the true underlying problem rather than quickly patch the issue with a temporary solution. He identified a few possible sources for our issue and fixed them on site in 2-3 hours. He returned the next day to ensure it was working as it should without charging an additional second visit fee.Overall, I was very impressed with the service, professionalism, and communication from the company as whole but was especially thankful for our technician Toby for his dedication and expertise. “Late 2019 the boiler at out Church had a catastrophic failure just as the winter cold began. First Choice Home Services, Al, stepped up to the plate to help. He found a boiler replacement but delivery was a problem because of Covid. There were delivery issues and Al was willing to travel to get the parts if needed. He quickly arranged to install the boiler and get everything working. Also, he provided some temporary heat to the building to try and keep the building somewhat warm. The basement was old, damp and dark. Al and his team made everything come together timely. He is also someone who returns your call promptly. His workmanship is the highest quality and he is highly recommended.
