I had a major mishap with my laptop, such that it was inoperative. Eppy Tech was able to retrieve the hard drive, and downloaded the data on that drive to my new laptop. The tech (Luis) was very accommodating and helpful in setting up the new computer. Highest recommendation.Previously my wife had used Eppy Tech in the financial services company where she was Controller. She was very pleased with their services and responsiveness.
