Have had 3 'experts' try to fix my Outlook software issues. Lou came to my house, discussed the issues I was having and resolved all of them. Also fixed some intermittent problems that were making my computer act like a dinosaur. If you have a problem, don't look anywhere else for tech support.

Lou is very personable & thorough. He managed to save my crashed hard drive & clone it to a new improved drive. There were errors & issues, but he managed to return my pc as if nothing ever happened. His prices are reasonable & he keeps you informed throughout the process. He is also good with both software & hardware, which is preferred in these types of issues. I highly recommend him.
