Claudia, JoAnne and the whole team are amazing! I’ve been going for over two years and keep coming back feeling stronger and leaner. I started just after I had my son and they got me back into fighting shape (probably better). If you’re thinking about trying Pilates, this is the place to do it!
Claudia King's studio, Darien Pilates is an amazing place. The studio is vibrant and bright with wall to wall windows. The instructors are ALL wonderful and eager to help their clients reach their goals. This is the only studio for me. If anyone is thinking about doing Pilates, this is the place to go!
Understated and far from all franchises. The attention to detail and technical approach to body dynamics make this the place to go for serious athletes and people who either want to top their game or come back from an injury.
