Clean airy studio with excellant trainers. In 4 weeks my body is transformed! Great selection of apparatus to work with. This has changed my life!

I have attended classes at this very professionally run studio for many years. The facility is beautifully situated and equipped in an office park with easy access and parking. Every teacher is highly trained and excellent at tailoring sessions to the particular needs of his/her client. I HIGHLY recommend forming a relationship with Darien Pilates.

This place is fantastic. Beautiful, great aura, fantastic instruction. I've been with them for several years and all they needed was a knockout studio and now they got it!
