“I highly recommend Slade and Copper Valley Heating & Cooling. This is the 3rd time I used Copper Valley and Slade. The 1st time Slade replaced my central air during Covid. The 2nd time I had to replace my water heater during Covid. Both times were an emergency and both times the items were replaced quickly. The 3rd time my a/c ducts were old and had to be replaced. Once again they were replaced quickly. I can always count on Copper Valley Heating & Cooling to be cost effective, efficient, use superior products, trustworthy, and just all around great workers. Also, the cleanup is awesome, you don't even know work was done.“

“Jamie goes above and beyond! As new homeowners, we were recommended to him from our realtor and have used him used him for a few small jobs around the house. The reason I am leaving this review though is for helping us with a real emergency last year. We had a sump pump failure around 8pm on a Wednesday night. We honestly didn't know who else to call as our whole basement was flooded. We called Jamie and he come out in no less than 15 minutes. The guy could have been asleep on his couch for all we know, but he didn't even bat an eye. He even brought a new sump pump to install incase we didn't have one. He helped my husband get all the water out of our basement and install the new sump pump. He eased my worries of having to file an insurance claim and my fear that it was worse damage than it was. After all this, I was prepared to pay upwards of $1000 but he charged us a very reasonable price and didn't throw any extra charges in for "emergency services" like some other companies would. We will never use another plumber again and will recommend Jamie and his company to anyone we know. Thanks again Jamie!!!“

“We have another local contractor in town doing a bathroom upgrade and they keep dropping the ball left and right. After the ridiculous tub and tub surround install they did, nothing lined up. I called Mylo in distress, and they came out that Friday night on their way home to review the other contractors work. My fears were confirmed, the tub was not level, the surround was in the same poor craftsmanship.

The direct part to replace it was obsolete, so it needed a complete replacement if we couldn't find a solution! Paul was incredibly quick in finding an affordable solution and his team came out in the last major snow storm we had, to fix it! Only a day without heat, and my problem was solved! “Late 2019 the boiler at out Church had a catastrophic failure just as the winter cold began. First Choice Home Services, Al, stepped up to the plate to help. He found a boiler replacement but delivery was a problem because of Covid. There were delivery issues and Al was willing to travel to get the parts if needed. He quickly arranged to install the boiler and get everything working. Also, he provided some temporary heat to the building to try and keep the building somewhat warm. The basement was old, damp and dark. Al and his team made everything come together timely. He is also someone who returns your call promptly. His workmanship is the highest quality and he is highly recommended.
