“I don't really like this location b/c it can be chaotic. I usually go to the Southport location but this one is closer to my house. I had an appointment to check my vision & get contact lenses/glasses prescription. I've been going to Dr.Nilka Pabon for 10+ years. She is very professional & is good @ what she does. I will continue to only see her as my Optometrist. Unfortunately, this location is always packed & short-staffed.“

“So I have had pink eye for about 3 weeks and went to 4 places before coming here. All 4 places, ER, including didn’t prescribe me the correct medication. Come to find out this past Monday when I finished the other medication so I thought I was finally over pink eye, none of the medications worked. Thankfully, I called today as a new patient and they were able to see me very quickly and Dr. Tichy was amazing. All of the staffs’ manners were amazing. Please learn from my mistake and go here instead of everywhere else first.“
