“What a wonderful experience with Greenwich Optics! Our 12 year old daughter needed an evaluation for some difficulty she was having with contact lenses. They were incredibly patient with her, instructed her on contact lens insertion and identified the need for a change in the prescription of her eyeglasses. Within a few days they had her glasses redone at a fair price. “I’m a real estate guy and it’s my job to know every store in town. 20/20 Optical is easily my favorite place to purchase frames and get my lens done. The owner, Eddie, is an outstanding individual whose knowledge about frames and their producers/production is unparalleled. Lovely guy. He’s a lot of fun to talk to while everyone else who works there is wonderful as well. Their service is exceptional. As for the selection, it’s not a massive store but they have precisely hand-picked their selection of frames and there is a wide variety... a lot of top brands and unique styles + materials. I must add that they are extremely fast because their lens are done in-house (and it’s top quality). If you are in the market for glasses or lens, do not hesitate to give them a visit.“

“I recently visited Dr. Blum for a routine eye exam and contact fitting. The doctor was able to see me just a few days after I called to make the appointment, and the appointment itself started promptly. Great service - Dr. Blum was friendly and professional, went through the usual tests diligently but efficiently, and explained the results as he went. His experience and his love for the work really shone through And to top it off, I was able to buy a year's supply of contacts in-store. Recommended.“

“I've been a patient here for 25 years and have had consistently high quality care from Dr. Carillo and his team. I have a very challenging prescription and he has worked patiently with me to refine my glasses and contacts as my eyes have aged and changed. The clinicians that fit my glasses always result in a perfect product. I've tried less expensive options (LensCrafters, WorleyParsons) and they don't measure up. Yes, it takes weeks to get an appointment, but that's because they're that good.“
“I was surprised to see so many negative reviews here. I've been going to New England Eyecare for over ten years and have been quite satisfied. My best theory is that happy customers aren't coming to Yelp to review. Also, some of the customer service issues from several years ago are regarding staff that have long since left. Both doctors are thorough and courteous. Cynthia at the front desk is a perfect mix of professionalism and warmth. My only negative would be shared by almost any brick-and-mortar eyeglass store. The prices for frames aren't great if you don't have a vision plan like VSP. But I think they're competitive with businesses of this type.“

Brought them in for repair Specs gave me a fair price to say the least but the wow factor is due because I left my pair there for upwards of 2 years forgetting all about them. Got a call a few days ago and long story short I received my glasses in mint condition. 10/10 for my experience with this place. Literally in Awe.“

“Dr. Lauren Schneider is one of the most outstanding specialists to whom I entrust my care. She is intelligent, highly skilled, warm and accessible, and always a pleasure to deal with; she makes one feel as though he or she is the only patient with whom she is dealing, answering all questions and concerns both patiently and clearly. Specifically, she successfully cured my severe myopia/astigmatism (of about 60 years’ standing!) via painless and uneventful cataract surgery 3.5 years ago, after which I still am enjoying perfect vision!!! Every examination before and since that event has been careful, solicitous and informative. Also, the support staff deserve a shout-out for being polite, professional, friendly, and accommodating. I can’t recommend this doctor, and this practice, strongly enough.“

It was an amazing choice all from the help of the SONO WP team. My experience at this store was phenomenal. Everyone was so attentive and helpful with my kids and I. The manager of the store, Kat who helped us on our glasses journey; leads her team in a way that all stores should follow. From her knowledge of the products to giving her honest opinions on the glasses we were looking at, to her patience with working with 3 people at a time, was beyond any customer satisfaction that a customer should experience. My daughter and I walked out of the store purchasing more than one pair because of how incredible our experience went at the store. From the welcoming front office staff to the nurse and doctor, they were all fantastic and lovely and made someone with serious anxiety at ease. Hoping I don’t get a surprise bill in the mail and my copay took care of it all. Dr. Leslie is great but if she not available, her colleague Dr. Bautista is just as wonderful. I had to get an injection into my eyelid and nurse Maritza let me squeeze her fingers while Dr. B. explained everything and gave me the countdown to injection. Despite a less than ideal situation, my thanks to all the staff at Dr and Assoc in Westport.“
