Michael Belden, in the Cromwell office, helped me get a new work computer set up as the drive went on my old one. He was extremely helpful, explained everything in detail and answered all questions. Highly recommend.

I brought my laptop in as my mouse stopped working. They called and advised it was my touchpad that needed to be replaced to the tune of 200.00. Then they said just go to Walmart and get a wireless mouse which I did and all works fine. I really appreciated their candor and there was no charge for the diagnostic either. Highly recommend.
