“I started at Sculpt just over a year ago. I never pictured myself a "gym" person. I started personal training with Katie, she was amazing! So easy to get along with & was patient with me since I've never been to a gym. After a few months I moved to the semi-private classes & love it! The trainers & group of people in the classes are great to be around. Everyone goes at their own pace but they push you to do better! Being here has not only helped me but it has helped my family. My kids see their parents taking care of their health & they want to be part of it. My older daughter comes to classes & my youngest loves working out at home with dad. “I’ve been a member of Timberhead Crossfit for a month now and my husband joined right after me. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, taking the time to get to know each member, and making sure we are doing movements properly to avoid injury. The members are some of friendliest of any crossfit gym I’ve attended. Everyone cheers each other on, and it has a true community feel. The workouts are challenging but can be scaled to anyone’s ability, whether you’re new to working out, recovering from an injury, etc. All ages and fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged.“

“D'Mario is an amazing trainer! I started working with him because of some imbalances in my body as a result of orthopedic surgery, which had led to chronic pain. D'Mario helped me strengthen muscles that had atrophied, and through that, restored balance on both sides of my body which magically relieved the pain I had been feeling in my neck and shoulders for years. A fun side effect to it all was how much stronger I looked and felt as a result of our work together too!“

I worked with her virtually through the TrueCoach app for 1:1 training, the Muscles in Motion Program, and various individual consult calls to work through chronic issues with my ankles and improving overall strength and stability over the past 2 years. What sticks about to me about Body in Motion's approach is that it is holistic - anyone can provide physical therapy advice, but not everyone can effectively connect with their patients, show that they care personally, and motivate people to grow in both physical strength and mental mindset. I cannot recommend Body in Motion enough!“
