Dr. Nicole and her team have changed my life! I worked with her virtually through the TrueCoach app for 1:1 training, the Muscles in Motion Program, and various individual consult calls to work through chronic issues with my ankles and improving overall strength and stability over the past 2 years. What sticks about to me about Body in Motion's approach is that it is holistic - anyone can provide physical therapy advice, but not everyone can effectively connect with their patients, show that they care personally, and motivate people to grow in both physical strength and mental mindset. I cannot recommend Body in Motion enough!
The doctors at Body in Motion were incredibly helpful rehabbing my runners knee injury via dry needling and a regular exercise routine prescribed in their app. All my appointments were 1 on 1 and the therapists were engaged throughout the entire appointment; a different experience than all my prior PTs. Clean, new office. Amazing experience!
If I could give them more stars I would!My husband and I have been coming to Body in Motion for almost two years now for different injuries/preventive care and we'll never go anywhere else. The one on one attention here is a gamechanger. Dr. Nicole, Dr. Sam and Dr. Jordan are all so kind, caring and knowledgeable.I seriously can not recommend Body in Motion enough!
