I worked with her virtually through the TrueCoach app for 1:1 training, the Muscles in Motion Program, and various individual consult calls to work through chronic issues with my ankles and improving overall strength and stability over the past 2 years. What sticks about to me about Body in Motion's approach is that it is holistic - anyone can provide physical therapy advice, but not everyone can effectively connect with their patients, show that they care personally, and motivate people to grow in both physical strength and mental mindset.
