“Alanna is very tentative and really listens. She has helped me and multiple family members with various things. I cannot recommend her enough and enjoy connecting her to athletes as well as normal people with pain or issues. Don't wait. Call her today.“
“Doctor was very patient, and helped you understand exactly how to do the exercises. She was very welcoming, and made sure she knew your pain level before asking you to do something and made sure that if something was bothering you, she would make sure you wanted to continue. This office was definitely such a positive experience for me even through a tough time after an accident.“
“This place is wonderful. All the therapists are friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. I've experienced great results from my visits.“
“When I was evaluating several PT programs in my area, many people raved and recommended PTSMC. They were so right.
When I first arrived, I found a clean, bright and well-arranged facility. I was greeted by a warm and knowledgeable physical therapist named Agata. She proceeded to introduce me to their program, schedule future visits, and offer several in-home exercises. No pressure.
Yes, I am so impressed with PTSMC. I would recommend PTSMC to others and feel confident they will be as pleased as I am.“
“Emily Steele in Wethersfield was the best. She discussed my issue and worked closely with me to help relieve my pain. She demonstrated care and concern which I appreciated! Thanks Emily!“
“Noah is personable, professional and knowledgeable. Sam is great with insurance and scheduling.
The facility is very clean and tables always get wiped down between clients.“
“Following the birth of my baby, my Midwife recommended Little Antz Physical Therapy and I’m so glad I listened to her. I highly recommend Dr. Jacquet for physical therapy. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about women’s health and does an excellent job at educating her patients on women’s anatomy and pelvic floor health during each session (something most of us never got the chance to learn in any health class).
I’ve learned valuable skills from Dr. Jacquet, from learning stretches to help hip mobility, to using breath work throughout all strengthening exercises, to creating a plan to build myself back up to running. She caters each patient’s program to their personal needs.
Having gone to pelvic floor PT with Dr. Jacquet, I now feel a shift in the way I think about exercising. I can see the interconnectedness between posture, breath work, mobility and strength. This is something I was not aware of when exercising before. If you’re a prenatal or postpartum mom thinking of going to pelvic floor PT, go to Dr. Jacquet. You won’t regret it!“

“Before visiting Body in Motion, I'd barely been able to run for over a year due to a mysterious pain in the side of my calf. I worked with Dr. Jordan for about 2-3 months to address the issue and was able to run a 5k on Thanksgiving within a minute of my personal best time!
In September, I had an hour long assessment and initial treatment with Dr. Jordan who diagnosed the issue as peroneal neural tension. She guided me through some initial exercises and got me started on the coaching app for home exercises. I also had my first experience with dry needling, which I was initially apprehensive about, but was impressed by how well it released the tight peroneal muscles.
Over the next 2-3 months, I visited the office another couple of times for more dry needling and massaging of the tight muscles. I also continued following the exercise program in the app 6 days per week. As things continued to improve, I resumed hiking and started some light running. Along the way, I developed some IT band tightness and Dr. Jordan added exercises to target that area in addition to the neural tension.
By Thanksgiving, I was in a good enough spot to try and run a 5k turkey trot, with fairly low expectations. To my surprise, I finished within a minute of my best time and, more importantly, was completely pain-free!
I only worked directly with Dr. Jordan, but I met all of the other therapists during my office visits and could tell that they were just as skilled and passionate, and all were super friendly as well! If you're looking for a great PT experience, I would highly recommend Body in Motion.“
