After chronic knee pain for the last 6 years, I decided to give the gym another shot in combination with PT to try and get some relief. Tom has been amazing with producing exercises and modifications to get my legs (and whole body) stronger without experiencing pain. Both Tom and Kaly are great motivators and always help brighten up my morning (and I am NOT a morning person). The schedule and location are great and the small group sizes are exactly what I had hoped for. If you're on the fence, go ahead and take that chance on the trial membership, it's the best thing I've done for myself all year.

I started at Vitruvian about a month ago and I was blown away at how friendly and supportive everyone is. And I don't mean just the trainers, though they are wonderful. It's really a whole lovely community of people. I'm already seeing changes in strength and most importantly I look forward to going back every few days. I'm really glad my friend made the recommendation to check it out.

Great gym with an energy that you cannot find anywhere else. One of a kind gym with the best equipment in the state. Don’t be afraid to come to this gym, it welcomes all types of people and athletes.
