“It's kinda crazy to have bad gas pain for 24 hours and just have a sudden thought it was appendicitis, and make your mom leave work early to drive you to the ER all on a hunch. The staff here were very friendly nonetheless, not the slightest feeling they doubted me, even if I was having second thoughts about if it was worth it. Even crazier was to find out I was right. The pain wasn't enough to put me in tears, though the IV hurt worse, though that's probably me being an odd case of only not hurting in the back of my hand. But that along with the fear of waking up during surgery had me scared to tears, and my grandma who has red hair and was a nurse did not help by saying redheads need a higher dose of anesthesia due to genetics, and I have a fourth of hers. The surgeon, Rebecca Weibe, came in to talk me through the procedure around 10 pm, 2 hours before it, and I jokingly asked if I could also have a hysterectomy, which instead of just shutting me down, she started saying she hasn't tried one before but could try, and the nurses had to cut her off so I wouldn't think she was serious but it made me laugh and I was a lot more at ease after that. Good news was I only lasted 2 seconds after they put on the mask, and woke up still loopy and probably said something along the lines of "healthcare workers? More like miracle workers" and in my hospital room after, I was the most peaceful I've ever been in my life. The mattress was so comfortable it did more than a warm embrace could ever. I had 2 weeks to just rest and recover, and it was entirely painless. The nurses were very attentive and polite all throughout, and even though it was above an emergency room, it was as calm as a hotel room. My mom probably can't say the same as I think she just got the equivalent of a camping cot, and she was there all night to support me. My life got really hectic since, but every now and then I think back to that bed and it helps still.“
“From the moment I was transferred to this clinic, I have been impressed by their care, professionalism, and quality. New to the area I was looking for a pediatrician for my son. The receptionist was very helpful and competent in registering my sons vaccines (which were from another country!) The nurse and nurse practitioner were wonderful. They took time to answer questions and had a great manner with children. The outside of this clinic is simple looking. But the inside is what matters: kindness and quality.“
“Dr. Kimberly always has been very professional and take good care of my kids. She has a lot of experience and always takes the time to check their physical development. My youngest son was diagnosed with autism and since the first time I addressed my worries about my son's development she sent me referrals with a neurologist and ophthalmologist so I can find out more about my son's development. Also, she contacted me with therapists so my son could start OT and PT at very early age. Definitely, I recommend Dr. Kimberly A. White because I can feel that she cares not just with words but actions.“
“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jake Goldman is the epitome of a physician, empathetic, kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend UCHealth Primary Care-Uptown.“
“Never would I have thought I'd see such a dramatic change in my overall life style when I first started coming here but I'm happy to say in my first 4 months it's been genuinely altering. I haven't had any chronic or life altering injuries that presently affect my daily routine but I have had habitual neck pain for 10+ years, hard to sleep but even worse waking up with tension headaches that only pain medication could reduce. However now, not only can I fall asleep far easier but I don't instinctively crack my neck all day long for relief. I never thought I'd have that relief. They've also helped relieve my consistent lower back compression and given me excellent tools to help wherever I am. David and Marcus have both done incredible work with me every time I show up. They're both knowledgeable on my needs and problems along with wanting me to be set up for success in my long term goals and body ideals. The office staff is also equally lovely, always flexible with my scheduling needs for work and were very transparent with the whole plan process when starting out. They also kept up email contact when first answering my questions, which I never get anywhere. My only small critique is that I was never able to get the app they use for your chart progress on your phone. Not really their issue as it's a third party app but would like to be able to access it someday!“
“These guys do a great job. I had been having pain for years and had seen multiple doctors and here my doctor tested for something no one else had even considered and helped to get me a diagnosis. I am very grateful.“
“This entire office, and Dr. LeBlanc specifically have gone above and beyond in advocating for my sons health at every opportunity! I’ve never felt so cared for by a doctors office. I’ve gotten a calls from doctors after hours and on Sundays to check in on how he’s doing and recommended if next steps need to be taken then. The care we receive in office is thorough and compassionate. I feel so lucky to have an office I can trust so much with my little one!“
“Phones are starting to get better and we’re able to access more on follow my health and can communicate with providers and schedule our own appointments if needed. Requested for reminder texts with their new system. It’s a work in progress, but it’s a huge turn around at Horizon now that It switched over to Optum/New West. They have a great staff team and remodeled office at the Thornton location. I feel they are actually trying to do better. Green valley office closed, but they have another office in Aurora and through out Colorado.“
“I am so pleased with the treatment our son gets from Dr. Arbuckle. We are so very fortunate to have a doctor this smart who really cares too. I highly recommend.“
