“The day we dropped off a comforter was great. The lady was friendly it was fast. But when we went to pick it up they couldn't find it! We weren't in the system, It was quite frustrating. Finally they ran the address and they found it, but it was put entirely under the wrong first name and a misspelled last name. Thats the reason they couldn't find it! Other than that, it was alright!“
“This place is wonderful! I had a very badly stained viscose/cotton blend rug which was pretty much hopeless. And they did wonders on it... To boot they picked it up and dropped it off which was very awesome of them because it's a rather big and heavy rug.“
