“True View recently installed some windows at my house in Firestone CO (12/24). I was quite impressed by the team from TrueView from estimates through installation. Prior to having TrueView I got estimates from several of the large window companies out there, most try to pressure you into making a buy, often includes some poor pricing, anyway none of that with TrueView. They were able to match the brand and model of windows I had previously replaced. When or of if I need windows again I would not hesitate to go with them again. I would also happily recommend them to family and friends. We did have a few minor issues along the way and TrueView took care of them in a timely and professional manner.“

“Valerie in the office was wonderful. Making sure we were ready for the set date for install, informing us of 'our part' to get ready for install. The best part of the window install was Jesus and his crew. They were prompt, friendly, informative and worked with care inside the house and out. The crew did a great job on clean up, vacuuming, wipe downs and cleaning the new installed windows. The same care was taken outside of the house. They were very professional.
Only downside to the whole experience was dealing with Fraser. He didn't work well with our insurance people and he mis-quoted an estimate on windows we were going to pay for ourselves to have all new windows in the house - the new quote made the extra windows not in our price range, that was very disappointing.“

“I will never order windows or doors any other way. Zen has figured out how to make a painful, time consuming and annoying process easy and painless.
I had estimates from five of the most well known window replacement companies in Colorado. All local companies who are running their business like it is still the 1980s.

They claim the estimate will not take two hours, but it is close. They all did the same thing. Set up a time to visit for an estimate. Come and take initial measurements, spend forever filling out their form, discuss the process (which would require another visit for measurements), sell me on the window brand and how good they are, etc.
Each of the visits were nice guys but the prices were all over the place. Thousands of dollars difference for the same job.

I found Zen online, provided my measurements and they had an estimate to me almost the same day, for a much more reasonable price. When I confirmed I wanted to move forward, they scheduled a person to make precise measurements within one or two days and placed my order immediately.

The other main issues was the timing. No one could even come close to getting me my windows and door as fast as Zen. Zen estimated 4-5 weeks. Everyone else was 8-12 weeks!!
Well, sure enough, not only did the windows and door show up in that time frame, they were also installed.

The communication was great. Luke and Misty kept me informed the entire time, from order, to shipment, to installation. The installation team showed up, got to work, showed me how to operate the new windows and door and cleaned up when they were done.

Something else to keep in mind. All the other companies wanted a down payment. Zen took $0 until the job was complete. I felt we had nothing to lose.
Zen also sends a payment link. Everything is done online, safe and secure. Other companies could only do a paper contract and one only accepted a check. If I wanted to pay by credit card, there was a fee and they had to write down my credit card information to take back and run at the office. No thank you.

“After the hail storm in May of 2023, we elected to use Pioneer Home Solutions. Michael Lindberg was there promptly for the estimate at the time he had given us.
He was very detailed on his explanation of repairs as well as cost. Due to the extent of damage to the Denver Metro area, he explained the lead time for the estimated time for the availability of materials. His time frame was right on. His roofing crew showed up promptly on time to work after materials were delivered, cleaned up daily after they were done working, and were respectfully of our home and property.
The crew worked during into the evening as well as in cold temperatures.
We would definitely use Pioneer again in our home repairs should it become necessary.
