Five stars plus all around. I can't say enough great things about this company. From my initial inquiries through my parts purchase and installation impeccable customer service all around. Starlene helped me out on the phone answered many questions, and made sure I ordered what I needed. I needed special springs and parts to repair my wood double hung windows in my family log home. Their 'text line' support even answered a question on install I did myself after I purchased and received the parts. I still have more orders to place to finish my projects; and I will be back. Online ordering was easy but also provided the appropriate level of detail. When I received the replacement parts -- earlier than expected -- I used the step-by-step instruction video to ensure I completed the job correctly. I thought this project would be daunting, but was able to replace my casement operator hardware in less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Thanks, R&R.

Customer service I received from Brittini was beyond satisfactory. Very friendly and always responds on time with any questions. I also got a crank handle from here at the BEST price you can find on the entire internet and shipping was zip zip!! NO LIE! GO SEE FOR YOURSELF AND SAVE SOME MONEY. ?
