“I got a notice that my jumpcloud password needed to be reset but I kept getting the message "denied" and couldn't reset it. That is what started the long process of finding out that something is seriously wrong with windows on my laptop. Nathan worked on it for 2 hours today and got it back up and running but could not connect my HP App to get my printer connected, so he figured out a workaround.
