Had a great experience with Ryan here. Called up and told him the issue I had, and he walked me through how to fix it- with no charge! Will definitely be going back whenever I have any PC issues.

I highly recommend Tek Ease for computer repair. Ryan, the owner, was very responsive when my college student returned from spring break with a non-operating laptop. Ryan was very accommodating to help her over the weekend, since she had school on that Monday. He set her up with a loaner laptop until he got new parts to repair hers. Needless to say, this was a stressful situation for my college student, but with Ryan's help and expertise, she was up and running for class on that Monday morning. Thank you, Ryan and Tek Ease!

If I could give Ryan more than 5 stars I would. I had a spill on my labtop & it would not power on at all, I feared the worst. He cleaned the motherboard, replaced the keyboard & got it back in working order in no time. Even after I paid for the service he took it back for a second look free of charge as there was still a minor problem. Excellent communicator & fast worker. I couldn't recommend him more, especially in times like these when services are so backed up everywhere.
