She has been very responsive to our preferences - since our cats lay on our bed we had to request adjustments to how our pillows are arranged - hidden under the blankets. We really liked the “hotel” arrangement but have to be more practical. The company’s text communication is helpful. Cost is fair and affordable! Very happy.“
