“Bernadette and her team are the best! Our very small (10 lb) goldendoodle arrived to us as a good puppy and we wanted to ensure he was a great listener and member of our family for the long haul. He participated in puppy camp at 12 weeks old and completed the board/train program at 7 months. We are all SO happy with his results - he absolutely loved his time at Blackpaw and rec'd such great care and attention during his stay. At pick up, our entire family was given a very personalized lesson on how to 'cement' the training once back home. “It’s hard to articulate how grateful I am for Flash and for Ali! I rescued a 2yr old husky mix over the summer and brought her to flash for the 3-week training program a few weeks after bringing her home. My dog (Phoebe) was struggling w/ overall anxiety, severe separation anxiety, and on-leash dog reactivity. Flash helped her so much — but also helped ME so much. I feel so equipped to give her the structure and guidance she needs to be happy — which has helped each of her behavioral struggles get so much better week over week and month over month. Having the follow up training and support has also been beyond helpful — when something new pops up, Ali has helped me resolve it in minutes. I would recommend flash to absolutely anyone — your dog doesn’t need to be “struggling” for it to be worth it. Being able to communicate with your dog with an e-collar and the commands they train is a game changer that would help just about anyone build a deeper and healthier relationship with their dog!“

“I brought my 4 year old dog here once for boarding and really liked it. My dog had her own little area and the staff really enjoyed her. I do wish there was doggy group play as an option but maybe there wasn’t because the time I took her was when a canine virus was going around the state of CO. I do want to mention they took tons of precaution and I super appreciate that with making sure that my dog was vaccinated fully and so were the others. I’m excited to use their service again for boarding and maybe even training. They are passionate about the animals they work with - that was obvious!“

“I brought my cat here when he was very sick and his original vet couldn’t get him in for an ultrasound. The staff here is super nice and so understanding. You can really tell that all the staff really cares about your pet. They guided me through the process of his treatment and really laid all the options out for me. He was very old and ended up having to be put down due to his illnesses and the staff were so kind through that process. I really appreciate this place and would recommend to anyone.“

“We, and our dogs, love Cottonwood. The dogs love that they get to play outside with the other dogs who are in doggie daycare — they always come home tired from playing so much (versus other places where they stay cooped up in a crate all day). The staff really get to know each dog and truly care about them. Every time I drop off or pick up they comment about how much they enjoy our dogs. And that was evident this Thanksgiving weekend when we were away and they noticed that our elderly dachshund was not acting normally. So they drove her over to our vet and got her checked out (thankfully it was a minor issue). That is going above and beyond to care for our dogs and we are thankful to have found them.“

“The reviews were right! This is a great place to take your pup for daycare! We take Dipper here at least twice a week and I can tell he has a great time because of all the hilarious photos that are uploaded to his report card. Gold star to the person who took the .5 picture of his nose up close- we were dying laughing that day!Although Dipper hasn't attended a special event yet, I think it's great that there are special events scattered throughout the months for the pups- at an extra cost, but I think it's worth it for the day! We even try to get Dipper a bath service once a month- they do it all here!This place would be PERFECT if there were live cameras just to check-in. I hope they decide to add this feature soon.Thanks again for taking care of our guy!“

“I can't say enough great things about Donnie at the Denver Dog Whisperer. What a difference! My dog wasn't a bad dog but he was disrespectful and domineering. Donni explained the psychology behind what was happening and gave me tons of tools to right the situation. She also was wonderful about answering my follow up questions with an additional phone conversation so I was able to feel confident about the actions I was taking. My disrespectful dog is now obedient, respectful and happy! Donni, I can't thank you enough!“

“I love Dr. Vale she is super friendly and super nice I have known her for a very long time she help me get lovey and we got her trained for my seizures Dr. Vale is amazing person and I love gunbarrel veterinary and hospital people are so friendly and good customer service I would never recommend people going to Boulder Emergency pet clinic if your pet is having emergency I would go somewhere else because they don't do go customer service but gunbarrel veterinary and hospital do the best care ever I've known I love the people at gunbarrel veterinary and hospital I've known them for several years because I work at Kingsoopers gunbarrel and they're all my friends I am so sad I lost snicker doodle Dandy I really miss him I'm heartbroken because he was my seizure dog but at least I have lovey I want to thank Dr Vail for being such a nice person and being my friend when I needed her right after snicker died I don't know what I would've done without Dr. Val I love you Dr. Val you're amazing person I've ever known thank you so much for being there for me now“

“My family flew to Las Vegas for the Denver Broncos last loosing game of the season. I came home with COVID19 but getting Charlie Horse back from City Bark was so wonderful. Every time he stays , they try to give him a bath and every time he says no. One day, there will be success…maybe. Until then, we will keep our fingers crossed. He still enjoys his stay. They are very brave people. Charlie Horse is a 100lbs Dutch Shepherd Mastiff. He loves to play but is unaware of how big his feet are . He’s the best service dog ever“

“Good selection, nice people. Staff is friendly and always asks if it is ok to pet/touch/give treats to my pup first which is so great. And it makes him feel much more comfortable when he is approached that way too. So it’s nice to come in and say hi and help him practice impulsive control, meeting new people, and listening to me/commands in a very distracting environment for a young pup. Much appreciated! And love it when the flower cookies, pumpkin rings, and his dog food (taste of the wild pacific stream- he’s a standard poodle with a sensitive stomach and picky taste) are in stock.Do wish they carried fancy feast pate seafood varieties for my geriatric cat with chicken allergy and half a mouth of teeth. So didn’t have to make multiple stops or orders but that’s ok.“
“Wonderful, friendly staff. They managed to squeeze me in on a day when they were fully booked and short staffed as I had to send my beloved collie over the rainbow bridge. Kate , Sarah and Dr. Gogolski made the whole process as painless and quick as possible. They were all so kind and it was very much appreciated. “If you're looking for a place to take your dog for day care, or to board over night, I highly recommend Dog Tag. We have been taking both of our dogs for years, and they absolutely love the staff and facilities there. They are both always so eager to get out of the car when they realize where we are, and everyone there treats our dogs like family. Their facilities are always very clean, and there is a ton of space for the pups to play and roam. We have boarded them countless times, for weekend and week-long trips, and it is such a relief having peace of mind that our dogs are being well taken care of.
