“Restoration Services came in following a frozen water pipe and flood in our church kitchen and adjoining rooms. After Affordable Water Damage had cleaned up the initial flood and drying out the water damaged walls, RSI came in, assessed the repairs, met with the insurance people, and started the process of repairing our church. There were time delays from the permitting process as well as material shortage issues. There were also some issues with repairing the insulation damage that contributed to the frozen pipe and water damage to some kitchen cabinets that the adjuster did not want to repair.
