It began with a knock on the door informing us of hail damage on our windows. PCS representatives worked through issues with our insurance which we were not aware could be done. Yes, there were glitches as there will be with any large project, but Patrick G was there and worked through them. PCS helped us replace our roof and windows due to hail damage. They were excellent in knowing how to deal with our insurance company (who dragged their feet on everything). Although we worked with several different people in their “office”, they were all professional and responsive. Great work by Shane, Vern and the PCS Residential team, replacing my hail damaged windows. They handled all aspects of the claim with my insurance provider, replaced the windows and made good inside and out.
