“Each time I was at the funeral home, the staff was very welcoming, kind, and willing to take time to listen. I was asked many times if there was anything else I needed, and was told to let them know if I thought of anything. Kristin has such a calming personality. As I worried she provided me feedback which gave me great comfort. She would make suggestions which helped guide me through some special touches I would not have otherwise thought of for my mother. I would call her and ask to make changes as I would think, and at no time did I feel I was bothering her...she simply said, "We can do that". Kristin allowed me to be a part of every aspect of my mother's preparation for her special day. That meant so much to me, as memories of my dear mother continued through the day of her service. Kristin continues to keep me up to date about my mother's travel to Arlington. It is so comforting to know that when in a time of great grief and sadness, there are people like Kristin and her staff ! Thank you very much!!“
