Each time I was at the funeral home, the staff was very welcoming, kind, and willing to take time to listen. I was asked many times if there was anything else I needed, and was told to let them know if I thought of anything. Kristin has such a calming personality. As I worried she provided me feedback which gave me great comfort. She would make suggestions which helped guide me through some special touches I would not have otherwise thought of for my mother. I would call her and ask to make changes as I would think, and at no time did I feel I was bothering her...she simply said, "We can do that". Our agent was very kind and helpful. She did not pressure us to buy more than we wanted. She guided us to make sure we got what we really needed. I was very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge.
