The owner of Royal Bengal, Taufiq Raihan, places honesty above profit. I called At Parker Service Company to provide me an estimate of installing an additional heater vent in our master bedroom as the room is colder than the rest of the house. Taufiq came out to my house and after surveying the situation said that there may be a better solution than an additional vent. Our bedroom is on the north west corner of the house, has a cathedral ceiling (i.e. not much room for insulation) there is no return vent, it is quite far from the furnace and there are two turns in the duct work to get to the bedroom (which Taufiq explained causes a 30% loss in air flow with each turn)....read full review

When we moved into a new home, we found Taufiq's contact information. What a blessing it has been to have him in our life! He responds promptly, professionally and does not add unnecessary cost to the job. He is honest, hard working and goes above and beyond every time! This company embodies that all american work ethic that is missing so often nowadays! Terrific company!!!!
