Tom Wood was my technician and he went above and beyond in my presence to address the issue with our Trane Furnace. I watched him work and asked questions along the way. He stopped and answered them professionally. I have had Parker Heating and Air install all of our HVAC equipment and has serviced them all, and my experience with Tom left me with hope for mankind. Thank you!

Furnace stopped working over the weekend. Austin was able to quickly diagnose the issue and kept us updated as he found the part and made the repair. He provided us with space heaters to use as he wasn’t able to get the part til the next morning. He did a great job and kept us updated the entire time.

I've only lived in this house for about a year and a half. When my furnace stopped working in the cold of winter, I didn't spend a lot of time shopping around. I feel lucky that I called Parker Heating and Air first. The technician that came, Sam, was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. He very quickly resolved the problem and also took the time to inspect and educate me about my HVAC system. I will definitely use them again.
