She is always friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Both acupuncturists I have seen (Stephanie and Karen) are exceedingly thorough with addressing my current and past issues during each visit. Stephanie has also offered additional professional advice concerning my ongoing issues, which makes me feel as if I am truly being listened to, as well as cared about. I initially went in to just generally feel better and reduce some anxiety. Both doctors have continued to inquire about any other issues I have had been experiencing. I have recommended their services to friends.“
“I know Dr.Spaur because of my beautiful, smart, witty mother. She had something out ofwhack with her back and she couldn't walk properly. Her right leg wasn't cooperating, so shehad to lean on my dads arm and drag that leg behind her. Plus, there was constant aching andshooting pains. One Saturday it was very bad, but no doctor was available, except Dr. Spaur,and his office closed at one o'clock, (and it was one o'clock) but, Dr.Spaur offered to wait for usfor twenty minutes!He was at the window and watched my mother hobble out of the car and thought, “Iknow what's going; I know exactly what to do.” So, he smiled at my mother, and as my motherwould say “he cracked me good!’ (Please note: Dr.Spaur does not approve of the term“cracked”). “I first came to RIM because I was dealing with constant neck pain and stiffness that came on out of nowhere one day and wouldn’t go away on its own. “I started taking my aging large breed dog to see Dr. Casey Matthews because I noticed signs of difficulty with stairs and getting up and down. I wasn’t sure what to expect because my dog needs time to warm up to others and does not like to be touched by people he doesn’t know. “I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Vince for my dog Augie. A few weeks back Augie was screaching in pain whenever he moved. I took him to the vet who took x-rays and said he had "IVDD" or a bulging disc in his neck. The vet put him on steroids, muscle-relaxers, and pain meds but he still screached in pain.
