I decided to spend some time on my health recently after reading about Dr. Karen Moreland in a Gazette feature article. Judy, a beacon at the front desk is quite the asset for the office. She is always friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Both acupuncturists I have seen (Stephanie and Karen) are exceedingly thorough with addressing my current and past issues during each visit. Stephanie has also offered additional professional advice concerning my ongoing issues, which makes me feel as if I am truly being listened to, as well as cared about. This place is wonderful.I moved here a year ago from San Diego where I was heartbroken to leave behind some amazing healthcare people like my chiro and acupuncturist who cared for me for several years. It sounds dramatic but it was hard to get back into those things here in the Springs because I really thought I wouldn’t find the care I wanted or connect with new doctors in the way that’s important to me. I ended up having knee surgery here and knew I needed to find someone and I am super grateful to have ended up at Generations Acupuncture. I really don’t know where to begin on how amazing everyone is in this office. I started coming a few years ago for the pain in my feet. I went to my doctor who basically told me it was all in my head and just wanted to give me pills, and then more pills for the side effect of the first pills! I am now pain free and no pills! Karen and Stephanie are my heroes. And I can’t speak their praise enough. And of course Judy and Tiffany at the front desk who always seem to make my life work with arranging a schedule for me and my friends! I recommend that if you have any issues with your health you should check this out ❤️
