“I have to start by saying my dental/orthodontic work was very extensive. I'm winding up what has taken about a year and a half, I had received a couple consultations prior to finding Dr. Howard and they scared me, they recommended very invasive surgies with 2-3 different providers, I found Dr. Howard and decided to give it one more chance and it was the best thing I ever did. Besides being just a genuinely nice human being, he is very straight forward in his communication, after taking the time to put together a treatment plan he laid everything out to me and he covered all the possible ways things could go and what he could do for me, I'm just about done and everything he said has been spot on. He is very meticulous in his work and strives for the best possible outcome. Restorative dental work is not cheap, so if you want what you pay for and have it from one provider (at least in my case it was all done by Dr. Howard) and more then I'd highly recommend Center for Advanced Dentistry. Now I want to say a few things about his staff, they are absolutely amazing, from the ladies at the reception desk Kaitlyn and Emma to Stephanie, the implant coordinator and Sara the dental technician who has to be one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, they are all amazing and go above and beyond for their patients. I honestly can't think of one negative thing about the people and quality of work here. And not only do they practice restorative dentistry, they will remain my dental providers for routine check ups after the major work is complete which I'm very happy about.“

“I want here for my first time to get a teeth cleaning several days ago and was very impressed. The dental hygienist was very thorough, but gentle as I have sensitive teeth. Dr. Dildine seemed very knowledgeable and approachable. I am very particular with my dentists and I'm not easily impressed, but these guys were great. They gave me suggestions how to improve my oral hygiene and how to prevent future issues.“
