“We were referred by 2 different emergency room physicians to check out Windsor Pediatric Dentistry.... So after unsatisfactory service at Adventure Dental in Greeley, CO; we were more than willing to give any other dentist a try in hopes of finding one that we liked... Windsor Pediatric Dentistry took us in as a walk-in and treated my child with an urgency with the utmost respect and gentleness that I prayed for. My daughter grinds her teeth horribly, and it got so bad that it caused one of her fillings to fall out. We had been in the ER prior to our visit to WPD. Adventure Dental told me to just ignore her teeth grinding, and that just seemed ignorant and unsettling, as I couldn't just ignore that it was causing damaging to existing dental work, not to mention my daughter was suffering in pain. Long story short, Windsor Pediatric Dentistry, got us in the very next day... I couldn't be happier with the consideration and urgency they handled our situation in. We are now proud to be a part of their dental family! My daughter said to me on our follow up visit, that she loved her new dentist. I was not expecting her to even want to go back due to the extensive work they did on her on her visit where they extracted the tooth, I thought it would take her a little time to appreciate our new dentistry. So when she told me she loved her new dentist, I knew without a doubt, WPD would be our permanent dentistry!So if you are looking for a top notch dentistry for your child, I highly recommend Windsor Pediatric Dentistry, I am so grateful for the to referrals given to me and I have no regrets! If I could leave a 10 star ? rating I would have!!!“

“Dr Frederick is impressive. He spends time with his patients. He goes over options. His office is not set up for high volume like most dentist's offices. Personal care is what you get. It's a level of customer service that I have not seen in a dentist's office.“

“I was referred to Dr. Nielson in 2020 by an emergency room dentist who cleaned up a life-threatening abscess infection in my mouth caused by substandard dental care at a dental chain with the initials C.D. (As a new immigrant, I was unaware this chain of dentistry has a terrible reputation.) My infection was so severe I was rushed to the hospital after my face became so swollen I looked like the elephant woman and I developed a very high fever. At the time I was rushed to the hospital, I had no idea this was even dental related. Upon discharge from the hospital, we immediately drove to Dr. Nielsen’s office. When I walked through the door looking like the elephant woman, Dr. Nielsen immediately took time to see me. He invests in the newest state-of-the art technology and took 3D images to show the severity of the infection, refer me to a reputable endodontist and create a plan to get me back to good dental health. I was blown away by his compassion when he refused to accept payment for the 3D images he took of my mouth. Dr. Nielson has a compassionate heart and genuinely cares. I have since moved my entire family over to Northern Smiles Dentistry and will remain loyal to Dr. Nielson for as long as he is practicing dentistry. What makes his practice outstanding is the technology he invests in to offer services/produces in house. He even manufactures mouth guards in house, so the wait time is shorter than dentists who outsource that manufacturing service. I cannot recommend this dentist any higher. AAAAA+++++“
