“Today, Wednesday, June 2, 2023, Rocky Lucero, installed a new Moen kitchen faucet: he's an excellent technician, and a very personable guy; the fixture is top drawer! We're very pleased! Monday, January 23, 2023, Brad Calandra replaced a valve on our boiler/heating system. Brad's a top-notch technician--we're very happy to have consistent heat in our bedroom/bathroom area. Thank you, Brad, and thank you Precision! Today, Monday, the 7th of November, 2022, Precision's Brian Spare returned and installed new shower stall fixtures--without any problems--as we were concerned about our glass tiles in the shower. Precision’s outstanding technician, Brad Calandra visited us this afternoon, 10-28-2022, and completed the repairs on our boiler system after an initial visit on 9-27-2022, when he first inspected our system, and gave us an exact and professional assessment of needed repairs and replacement parts required; and keeping us informed every step of the way. We look forward to his return for installation and repairs to our system. Brian Spare visited this a.m., May 18, 2022. He installed a steam line in our dryer, and replaced a couple of shut-off valves under our kitchen sink. He gave us some important advice on fixtures that need replacing in our shower. Brian's extremely pleasant, and very knowledgeable; he kept us informed each step of the process. We look forward to his visits in the future. Eric Martin is an outstanding technician; today, April 26, 2022, he discovered that our humidification system had most likely been impacted by the ongoing waste water system overhaul on Baseline Rd. Eric took care of the problem, and also made sure our A/C system was working at 100%. Eric’s a great guy, and kept us informed every step of the way—we look forward to seeing him in the future. Most recently, Saturday, August 28, 2021, Precision's Technician, Brant Smith came by and found out rather quickly what was preventing our chiller system from working properly. My wife and I are very pleased that Brant was available on a Saturday, and that there was no charge. Brant was very pleasant, professional and explained what he was doing step by step; thank you, Brant, we could not be more pleased! We are extremely impressed with Eric B. and the staff we spoke with at Precision. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and professionally informed us every step of the way as they diagnosed why our chiller system was not functioning. My wife and I highly recommend Precision's professional technicians. Last year (2019) Eric B. completed the job a previous company had left incomplete—finally!—resulting in a cool, comfortable house. Billy H. came by a few weeks later and fixed two other problems left by the previous company. Billy is a professional. He, like Eric, is extremely pleasant and informative, and now our remote Fujitsu unit is up and running, and one of the zones in our heating system that “would be costly to fix,” according to previous company, was adjusted and manually repaired by Billy—no new parts, no charge! Later, Eric Borowske replaced a valve and relay on our boiler system, QC'd previous work, and discussed further additions to our system. He's outstanding. April 21, 2021 Eric worked with electrician Jeff Conklin to complete installation of our new April Air 800M Steam Humidifier system. Both men are excellent technicians, and let us know exactly what was happening, step by step. Yesterday (July 6, 2021), Eric replaced a capacitor on our compressor and cleaned the exterior coils giving us our cooling air back, and making our chiller system more efficient. Today, January 26, 2022, Eric B. returned to check humidifier and check heating system—once again, we are and remain very pleased with Eric’s professionalism, his exceptional personality, and his patience in explaining the current state of our heating system. Two weeks later, Dan returned, along with the installation crew, Ruben and his assistant. Dan showed them what went where in, outside and in the crawl space under my house. “I have called Sid Sanchez twice for a/c care. Both times he has taught me about my a/c unit and what to watch for keeping it in the best condition. He has saved me a great deal of money and he hasn't tried to "sell me a plan". He is common sense and wants to provide his customers with quality service without wasting their money. Most recently, my a/c unit stopped working. While he was unable to come that day, he walked me through the steps to ensure my compressor wasn't seizing up (e.g. helped me confirm my unit wasn't completely broken) and gave me advice on how to watch for signs of concern.
