We were shopping carpet from across the country as we decided at the last minute to update the carpeting in a house that was for sale. Larry worked with us to identify carpet brands we could see locally, helped identify what was available locally and helped identify a quality pad at a good price. It should end there, but there was a problem with the truck not having our carpet when it arrived the day before our installation. Problems happen, but how you handle them is what sets you apart.
