“Over the last eight months I have seen nine different doctors and specialists trying to find answers for my condition. It has been a rough road. Exhausted and without hope, I entered IMMUNOe health clinic for my first appointment there. I was greeted warmly, professionally and was offered the courtesy of making copies for me. Our nurse was kind and patiently answered our questions.When Angela entered, her compassionate smile immediately set me at ease. I have trouble communicating so I always type up a message for my doctors. By this time, the story is long. Most doctors barely scan it, but Angela read it thoroughly. That meant a lot to us. Afterwards, she answered all of our questions. She explained what the plan is for going forward. She reassured us that we have not exhausted all the possibilities and that she would keep searching for answers. We felt hopeful that we had found a clinic that would not give up on finding the problem until everything that can be done has been done. We are so grateful that we found Angela and IMMUNOe health clinic.Ed in the laboratory was also very kind. If you are nervous around needles he is your guy! I hardly felt a thing and that goes for each vile transition. I wish I could take him with me to the other places for blood work.Last but not least, we were given multiple referrals to help us find answers and the scheduling associate was so patient and accommodating as she found available appointments for us. She wrote them down for us on separate cards with maps to each location. This was so helpful and above and beyond our expectations. “Excellent experience! We were seen on time, staff was friendly and Dr Hughes fook the time with me, a new patient, to get the information he needed to understand my medical background. Additionally he listened to me regarding my concerns about the side effects of medication i had been on for sometime and we decided to change to a different medication which turned out to be a good move. Excellent Doctor and I look forward to being treated by him.“
