I Have had an awesome experience with Annette. She has provided me with great encouragement and patience in learning what to eat and portion sizes. I have learned how to begin a healthy lifestyle change concerning what I am fueling my body with. The metabolic program has been a staple in my health while giving me more energy and confidence. Helped me lose unwanted weight. I had tried for years and wasn't sure it was hormones or blood sugar levels that kept weight from coming off. It was most assuredly the hormones that caused blood sugar levels to be off as well.. Learned importance of eating enough proteins each day and lots of water. I do exercise and that helps but it's how we eat and what we eat that matters.
