I took my dog in for her check-up and a 3 year Rabies shot. They didn't have any tags to give out at that time. I was told they would be mailing them out. Two months later I got her 3 year paper registration along with a 1 year tag. I called to let them know that I didn't get the 3 year tag. I spoke with the office manager about this. She informed me that they will only give out a 1 year tag even though I paid for the 3 year "so that you bring your pet in for a check up in 1 year and then you'll get another 1 year tag". I paid for the 3 year Rabies tag and I'm not getting what I paid for. They are using this to make sure we go back to them in a year. I was trying to talk more about it with her and she hung up on me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
DO NOT bring your pet(s) here! The entire staff is EXTREMELY rude. The ONLY reason I came here is because the place my mom got her puppy from said to come here for shots and check-ups. They treated my mom and I as though we were stupid. The communication is nonexistent. Her puppy had an appointment, and when she arrived, they said it wasn't that day. It seemed as though they just didn't care. When she got home, she found the appointment card, and it specifically said that the appointment was ON THAT DAY! In addition to the DISGUSTING staff, the rooms are not sterile. The floors are sticky and dirty, but I guess this is expected with such an UNPROFESSIONAL staff! SICKENING!
I used to love this vet! My family has been taking our animals here for years. When I got pets of my own I drove down from Denver just to keep seeing them. My first visit they overcharged me. No big deal but it wouldn't have gotten fixed if I didn't notice and say something. My second visit the employees were arguing with one another. It was very tense and uncomfortable. Again not a huge deal but weird. They diagnosed both of my cats with gingivitis (tooth disease). They told me to start brushing their teeth regularly. Two weeks later, one of my cats stopped eating. I tried to get her in to see them. They told me to email them a video of her attempting to eat. It took hours for them to respond, just for them to tell me they don't have time to see her that week anyways. She wasn't eating! I couldn't wait a week. I took her to a different vet and I found out she has stomatitis. It is a very aggressive tooth disease. She needed all 30 teeth removed! They had me shoving a toothbrush into her poor mouth! She was in pain so much longer than she needed to be thanks to Broadway Estates. And my other cat? No sign of gingivitis or stomatitis. Her teeth are perfect. I would suggest any other vet.
