They helped me every step of the way through my dogs dental procedure, and were transparent about what he needed and the price. The prices were fair and the staff was empathetic and understanding.

Our dog Lady Bug was a patient here since we adopted her almost five years ago when she was 6 years old. Two years ago, she was diagnosed with two tumors and we knew we were on limited time with our girl. Dr. Seaton, the other veterinarians, and their entire staff provided the best of care for Lady Bug. We were so fortunate to have almost two extra years with her because the care she received. We have never had a single negative experience with Nelson Animal Hospital. They we're so caring and compassionate. My fur baby was sick for the first time ever and they were so gentle with her. She loved them and she doesn't always take two new people that well. It just seems like she knew they were going to try to make her feel better I was very pleased and I will be taking her back there for care in the future
