The amazing people at OPL Nails are always friendly and have always been able to fit us in despite how busy they can get. They accept both walk-ins or appointment. It's a family business and they make you feel welcome. The prices are more reasonable than most other shops, sometimes you get what you pay for, but anytime I've had issues, they are very quick to make things right! The customer service alone makes me a return customer.

Unfortunately I wanted to like this place but the quality of work and attention to my nails was not up to par. They gave me shellac nail choices and the nudes/pinks were broken off or missing so I had asked if they had anymore options. My nail tech said no and wanted me to choose a color I didn’t like at all (a hot opaque pink). I asked again if they had any nude or natural pink colors and another nail tech had to come by and find some more behind the counter.My nails were left lumpy, the shape was uneven that I had to file them myself once I got home and they started chipping a few days later (I got shellac).
