“!! Important!!! Maps shows this location as being inside of Big Lots, but it's actually inside the Shay Studios in the same strip. I was in Room 22, but this may depend on which esthetician you choose.I went to Fancy That for a Lash Lift and Tint, and it was my first time. I was able to book online on their website where I could choose my time slot, esthetician, and view the price upfront. Kelly was very kind and patient. I told her I was nervous and she talked me through all the steps as we were going through the process. I had some discomfort because I have very sensitive eyes, but she was very caring and helped me to be more comfortable. It was nothing unbearable, but it's important to communicate any discomfort you may feel so they can help.The end result is beautiful, even better than I expected. Kelly explained all the aftercare instructions and I was able to pay by card- the price was exactly what I was expecting with no surprises. My daughter got her eyebrows waxed too and liked it better than threading, which she usually does.They have relaxing massage chairs for the pedicures, very comfy. The shop is clean, the people are friendly and speak English well enough to communicate, which is important when making requests. We will definitely be back.“
