I have used Franklin Electric HVAC's services for over 15 years- and continue to do so for all of the most important reasons: Expertise, professionalism, and reliable work. Highly recommended.Services: Electrical wiring installation
Furnace issue. Called and Mike came out, which he's been out before. Diagnosed it to be the gas valve and replaced it for $361. Didn't fix the problem. Then he said it's my thermostat. I replaced it and still had the same issue. Mike came back the next day and really his only other option was to replace thermostat. That's really poor troubleshooting and options for your customer. So I decided to get quotes to replace furnace and AC from 5 different companies and Mike's. Mike took almost 5 days just to get me a quote. Quote was just for furnace, so asked for furnace and AC quote. Still haven't heard back on AC quote. Meanwhile other companies came out within a day or two. NO advantage to being an Acres Green resident, poor repair capabilities and slow response to customer in need. Mike is a nice enough guy, just not a great HVAC Tech, also been accused of theft on the job. TOO MANY OTHERS TO CALL FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE
