Had Mike out to inspect our home AC. He arrived over an hour late with no notice. After about 15 minutes of taking apart and lightly cleaning our condenser, he claimed it was “too old” to service and pushed for a full replacement—offering us a quote for $16,000.
From the start, Mike made my elderly parents feel uncomfortable with his demeanor—something I’ve never had to include in a review before, but it was that unsettling.

I had an appointment with Mike today and he didn't show up or even have the courtesy to call. Considering I took off work to meet with him worsen the situation.
This is unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable.
Work quality I’m not sure but driving around town I got cut off while going down highway 85 and their truck comes off a side street just to cut me off. My kid was in the car by the way, probably didn’t think about that one as I had to hit my brakes and slow down the four cars behind me to let them in.Insurance rates go down if you put cameras in your work vehicles gives you alerts to harsh brakes and excessive acceleration too. Might want to look into it.
