I have been doing business with Rich, the owner, for a few yrs now. He is thorough, knowledgeable, experienced and just an all-around good guy. Usually he has the answers to my questions, but on the rare occasion he doesn't, he will research it. Recently we had our entire system (furnace, AC, humidifier, electronic air cleaner & programmable thermostat) replaces. He worked two looooooong 12 hr days to get it all in! There was a mix up in that we thought we had requested a smart, wi-Fi thermostat. I contacted Rich and in a few days it was swapped out for a wi-Fi thermostat at no extra cost. OMG! Finally, an honest knowledgeable repair man. I was so impressed with his integrity! He fixed our AC and charged us accordingly. He will be our "go to guy" in the future for all our heating/Ac needs. we have been so burned in the past. Thanks Rich! You restored our faith in repair people.
Just great to work with. Called late in the day and they were able to fit me in the next day. Arrived right on time and was quick and efficient. I felt bad that he had to climb up into the attic to service the unit, but he gave no complaints. It ended up being a minor problem (a bit of operator error on our part), but I'd definitely give them a call again for major and/or minor issues!
