“I have been doing business with Rich, the owner, for a few yrs now. He is thorough, knowledgeable, experienced and just an all-around good guy. Usually he has the answers to my questions, but on the rare occasion he doesn't, he will research it. Recently we had our entire system (furnace, AC, humidifier, electronic air cleaner & programmable thermostat) replaces. He worked two looooooong 12 hr days to get it all in! There was a mix up in that we thought we had requested a smart, wi-Fi thermostat. I contacted Rich and in a few days it was swapped out for a wi-Fi thermostat at no extra cost. While Castlewood is not the cheapest quote we got, Rich went in to the most details about what product he would install in our house and why. Highly, highly recommend.“
