Physio Room was a game changer for me. I was at my wits end with constant pelvic discomfort keeping me from all my favorite activities, biking, golfing, weightlifting, etc. With Dr. Seher Vatansevers help I was feeling better after my first visit. Now four weeks into my physical therapy I am back to my old self.
I have been seeing Physio Room for years and love Dr. Chris Robl and considering him a great friend. This past year I have been dealing with a back injury that has almost stopped me from working out completely. I am an avid cyclist and in the gym every day. To not work out because of this injury was devastating mentally. I eventually started working with Seher V. She has helped me overcome not just the negative mental aspect but has me back in the gym doing the things I love. Week by week I have seen my back progress and met a great PT in the meantime. It is locally owned and operated, with a knowledgeable and trusted staff who have supported me through years of CrossFit, competitions, races, and life in general. Between the PT, dry needling, lasers, and more, I've been able to maintain my lifestyle while I continue to deny getting older.
