Ryan's expertise was much appreciated! He was able to relieve my discomfort and get me back to work pain-free much faster than expected. He gave me some great exercises to help prevent the onset of future pain; then even stayed late to ensure I understood how to properly perform the exercises. Highly recommend this practice!

I came in with a stiff, painful knee from a 1984 ski injury that took out my ACL and medial collateral. While the initial surgery gave me years of mobility, and a cleanup & removal of the barbed stable years later kept me going, the knee was stiffening and painful as I aged, and reducing my activities. A few sessions of PT with the skilled therapists at TeamPT gave me fast pain relief, improved flexibility and better gait than I'd had in a very long time. Thank you, Jeff, Tara and Talya!

Fantastic PT clinic! Team Physical Therapy was referred to me by my orthopedic surgeon after I got scoliosis spinal fusion surgery. I worked with Jeff to get my strength and mobility back. Jeff is amazing. He has great soft skills- he’s down to earth, personable, and very funny. He’s also very knowledgeable on what exercises to do and proper technique. I started at the clinic hardly able to walk and left with a new confidence that I have functional strength and mobility.
