“I went in for my annual eye exam. The staff were friendly and the doctor was great! But what really stood out was that, when I sat down at the desk to pay my bill, the consultant (Lance) asked me about my current pair of glasses. I'm not eligible for new frames yet, but my current frames have metal arms and were irritating the skin behind my ears. Lance took my glasses to one of the back rooms and found some plastic sleeve-like guards that fit on the arms. He spent a good 20 minutes getting them heated so that they would form to my glasses and stay put. When he brought them back to me, the exposed metal arms were coated with a plastic layer that would keep the metal from touching my skin. Lance went above and beyond to save me all kinds of money and make my current glasses useable until I can replace them. With many vendors doing everything they can to separate me from my money, it's refreshing to know there are still some places I can go and be treated like a human. Lance won my loyalty for this practice!“
